Winemaker’s Notes
A subtle cherry hue with a fine persistent mousse carrying aromas of pomegranate and candied apple. The palate leads a fine mineral persistence with hints of quince and brioche all layered over a fine seam of raspberry sherbet acidity. Extra brut in style, this dry Methode Traditionelle is best enjoyed as an aperitif, to accompany an entree course or paired with a delicate desert.

“Elegant and finely perfumed, the enticing bouquet shows cranberry, Gala apple, white-fleshed peach, lemon zest, oatmeal, and white flower nuances. The palate exhibits outstanding weight and a seamless flow, enhanced by a silky texture and beautifully integrated acidity. It's wonderfully harmonious and structured with a persistent, sensually seductive finish. At its best: now to 2034” 96/100 Sam Kim - Wine Orbit
“ Pale coral pink with a vigorous mousse. The nose is charming yet delicate, flitting between rhubarb, strawberry shortcake, tart cherry and distinctive wet stone, oyster shell minerality. The palate soars with a lightness and clarity which reveals more intricate flavours of floral tisane and cool minerality before finishing dry and taut as everything tapers to a point. This sings in soprano and delivers purity with precision. Enjoy this classy number over the next few years as it gains more richness and savoury depth.” 94/100 Stephen Wong - The Real Review
