Winemaker’s Notes

Delicate aromas of white cherry and yellow plum on the nose, with toasted coconut husk and tropical fruit on the palette, leading through to a refined but edgy saline acidity. Recently disgorged and finished with 2g/L dosage, distinctly VILAURA in style - a single vineyard Blanc de Noir showcasing the purity and poise of Gibbston Pinot Noir.
